FAQ

Answers to Frequently Asked Questions here:

How much does a counseling session cost?
The current fee for a regular 45 minute counseling session is $125.00.  Initial intake and diagnostic sessions are billed at $155.00, and are typically completed within the first couple of appointments.  These are standard and customary fees and are covered (in part or in whole depending on your individual plan) by most insurance policies.  We will file claims with your insurance company.  We ask that clients pay co-pays at the time of their appointment as this cuts down unnecessary billing/mailing costs.

Do you accept Title 19/Medicaid insurance?
We welcome clients utilizing Medicaid plans.  We are pleased to have in-network contracts with most major insurance companies including: Medicaid/Magellan, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Midlands Choice, Aetna, United Healthcare and Hawk-I among others.
